Talk it through
We ask how your days go, how you sit, and when it hurts. Then a gentle exam checks how your neck and upper back move.
Gentle care, and help for your desk
Gentle, non-force adjustments and soft tissue work, plus simple changes to how you sit and work so the relief lasts.
“Jason knows what he’s doing. He uses a technique I’ve never seen before and it works everytime. No violent neck popping and anxiety.”
“This is not your normal chiropractor where you go in and they do the same 5 moves every time. Jason always takes the time to listen to what you are experiencing and treats you based on your current symptoms.”
Questions people ask
Can a chiropractor help with neck pain from desk work?
If you sit at a desk or look at a screen most of the day, we look at how your neck and upper back move, ease the tight muscles, and use gentle adjustments. We also show you posture changes and simple exercises for your workday.
Will you crack my neck?
Only if you are comfortable with it. Dr. Nichole and Dr. Jason use gentle, non-force techniques, like the Activator Method, a small handheld tool that gives a light tap. Tell us what you prefer and we work from there.
What about tingling in my arm or hand?
Tell us about it at your first visit. It can come from the neck, and Dr. Jason treats disc problems in the neck and carpal tunnel. If the doctor thinks you need imaging, they may order x-rays.
When should I see a medical doctor instead?
If your neck pain came with a hard fall or a car accident and you have numbness, weakness, or a severe headache, get checked by a medical doctor or go to the emergency room first.
