How we help
Dr. Jason specializes in disc herniations in the low back and neck. Both doctors use safe and natural methods and non-force techniques.
- Flexion Distraction
- A slow, rhythmic stretch for your low back on a special table, gentle enough for a disc problem or a flare-up of sciatica.
- Gentle adjustments
- Diversified, Activator Method, and Drop Table techniques help your low back, hips, and SI joints move freely again.
- Soft tissue work
- Myofascial release loosens the tight muscles in your low back, hips, and legs that pull on sore joints.
- MLS Laser Therapy
- For disc problems, sciatica, and swelling, the laser can help calm pain and inflammation. About the laser

Find where it starts
We talk through when it hurts and check your range of motion, reflexes, and how you move. If needed, the doctor may order x-rays.
Gentle care that fits that day
Gentle adjustments, a slow traction stretch for your low back, and soft tissue work, built around how you feel at each visit.
“I have had back pain for over two and a half years and within 2 months, I am pain free. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind and treats each visit based on that day’s issue without the routine adjustments of so many other places.”
“I have been going to Nichole for years, she has helped me through sports injuries and a car accident. When I pinched a nerve in my back, she diagnosed it correctly while urgent care doctors thought it was in my leg.”
Patient story
“I felt like things started to improve to the point where I was like, okay, I can run.”

Questions people ask
What is sciatica?
Sciatica is pain along the sciatic nerve, which runs from your low back down the back of each leg. It often feels sharp, burning, or electric, and it can come with numbness or tingling. A disc or tight muscles pressing on the nerve are common causes.
Does a chiropractor really help with back pain?
Your first visit includes an exam, so we can tell you what we find and how we would help before you decide anything. Dr. Jason treats disc herniations in the low back and neck.
What is Flexion Distraction?
It is a slow, rhythmic stretch for your low back on a special table. It is gentle, and it is one of the techniques we use for disc problems and sciatica.
When should I see a medical doctor instead?
Go to the emergency room right away if back pain comes with weakness in your legs, numbness in your groin or inner thighs, or trouble controlling your bladder or bowels. See a medical doctor first if your pain followed a serious fall or comes with a fever.
